Biography

Victoria Agyepong is a Ghanaian immigrant who is a PhD Student at Te Punaha Matatini Research institute. She has won and managed about half a million funding in scholarships, research awards and community development funds from Canada, United States of America, New Zealand and Sweden. Victoria founded Beyond3Generations with Dr Kwasi Adusei-Fosu. Beyond3Generations is a conglomerate of a registered Internet Consultancy in New Zealand and a registered Education Consultancy in Canada. At Beyond3Generations, we develop internet solutions for black talents to participate in green economies in Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom and Sweden. Our goal is to increase black representation in this space and reduce the misinformation costs that black talents face. We devise shared funding schemes to provide mentoring services to black talents and, reward talents who demonstrate proactivity, hard work and resilience towards their green education and career goals. Proactivity to us is demonstrating community leadership by lifting your peers in your generation or a subsequent generation up with you as you progress in your career or education journey.

Victoria identifies as culturally and linguistically diverse.
