Biography

I am a dedicated and diligent individual who has taken on the role as a Lecturer in Exercise and Sports Science at CQUniversity in Mackay, Queensland and also an Honorary Adjunct Teaching Fellow in the Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine at Bond University.

I completed a PhD at Bond University in 2018. My topic was "Gait Performance and the Benefits of Exercise in Adults Living in Residential Aged Care". I am very enthusiastic about my research topic and seek to grow and develop in this area of expertise.

I am a hard worker and passionate person who strives to do the best I can. I thoroughly enjoy volunteering my time as a Surf Life Saver as a patrolling member whilst also developing the younger generation via leadership programs at a Branch, Gold Coast, Queensland State and Australian National level.
