Biography

I am a health psychology PhD candidate currently exploring how exercise influences people’s subsequent food intake, and reasons why people eat less healthily after exercise. I am skilled in quantitative research and data analysis, and have extensive teaching experience at the university level, including at the lecturer level. I have also published five papers (two with first authorship) in academic journals to date.
