Biography

I enjoy learning new things and doing creative work, which motivated me to persuade a PhD degree. I am interested in postharvest technology of fresh produce and improving food sensory quality. I also previously worked on analysing and reducing oxalate in food.

My other passions are travelling, photography and foreign languages. I love to explore new places, historic sites and cultures.
