Biography

Isabelle Kingsley is a researcher and professional science communicator and educator. She started her career as a high school science teacher but later switched gears and worked as a science communicator and educator at various museums in Canada and Australia.

Isabelle is co-founder and former director of the Sydney Science Festival, an annual event featuring activities and programs for all ages that showcases Sydney's scientific achievements and researchers.

Currently, Isabelle is the Research Associate for the Women in STEM Ambassador at UNSW. Her PhD examined the impacts of science communication and education on public perceptions of science.
