Biography

I am an immunologist with extensive experience in inflammatory diseases. My key focus is to investigate the potential of anti-inflammatory cytokines in inhibiting inflammation and disease progression in a range of severe conditions, with a particular focus on respiratory diseases, diseases of the intestines and autoimmune diseases.

With a strong translational focus, the ultimate goal of my research is to influence clinical practice through the development of improved treatments for severe inflammatory conditions.
