Biography
I am a PhD student in the Theoretical Systems Biology group at the University of Melbourne. I focus my research on hybrid models, where I combine mechanistic modelling techniques, e.g. differential equations with machine learning approaches, e.g. neural ordinary differential equations. I am passionate about applying hybrid models to dynamical systems in molecular biology to enhance our understanding for cell fate decision making.
