Ms Christine Burns BAPsych, PGDBusMgmt, is a former elite athlete, educator and performance coach and Robbins Research International Results Coach.

Christine brings extensive experience in working with individuals and teams, in education, corporate, sporting arenas and science. She graduated with a Degree in Psychology (Massey University, NZ 1994) to later specialise in the areas of performance, sport and positive psychology. Christine focuses on integrating the theory of leadership psychology, self-awareness and peak-performance to apply these scientific principles and learnings to the needs of individuals in relevant industries. Christine is a former elite athlete and hockey representative for New Zealand (13 years, captaining the team for six). She is recognised internationally for her skills as a personal development and Results Coach in sport, leadership, and personal management. These qualifications, skills and experience enable Christine as Co-founder and CEO of WALT Institute, to analyse the complex facets of each individual she is coaching, and working in partnership with to discover the essence of what makes people tick and enhance their performance in life and career.
