Biography

Hi Everyone!

I am Christal, a Master of Science student, studying at the University of Melbourne. My master's project focuses on aviation meteorology - convective induced turbulence. I am open to any discussion and collaboration since I am still very new to research.

I chose meteorology because of my passion for aviation and the weather. I am an enthusiast of the sky and weather. W

I also investigate extreme rainfall characteristics in Melbourne, sponsored by the ARC Centre of Excellence for Climate Extremes and the University of Melbourne.

I am also a keen skier in winter, and a race-walker in summer. I enjoy star gazing and cooking outside of academic study.
