Biography

I am currently a PhD candidate at Western Australia School of Mines (WASM): Minerals, Energy and Chemical Engineering of Curtin University. I have a background in education having completed my Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Master’s Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from WASM of Curtin University.

I am currently working on the topic "Evaluation of the wettability characteristics after gas injection, especially wettability of CO₂-brine-mineral/clay/rocks system", which has the implication for CO₂ sequestration. My research interests are wettability, carbon capture storage (CCS), reservoir management, and metallurgy.

In career path, my ultimate goal is to be a consultant, being able to be in managerial and leadership positions at a university, industry, or not-for-profit organisation, such as United Nation or other international organisations.

Fact about me, I am passionate about workouts/sport (especially gym/fitness) and dancing. I enjoy doing these activities in my free time with passion, commitment and joy. Workouts make me happy and healthy, and increase my energy level. They involve a lot of physical exercises and activities, with good physical and mental benefits. I have been learning and performed dancing on various occasion since I was in high school. A dance is an art, which is evolved intense and rigorous preparation of body and mind; and it keeps my body active and alert.
